Phoenix Services • Operational Standards

By accessing any services provided by Phoenix Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational guidelines. Failure to comply may result in restricted access.

01. Service Scope

Phoenix Services provides specialized digital content, including:

  • Software enhancement and utility tools
  • Discord optimization services and tokens
  • Personalized digital assets

All items are intended for educational and testing purposes within a personal development environment.


02. Accountability

Users are responsible for the security of their own credentials. Phoenix Services is not liable for data loss or account compromise resulting from user negligence.


03. Refund & Replacement Policy
STRICT PROTOCOL:
  • Eligibility: Refunds apply only to internal system failures or defective delivery.
  • Exclusions: No refunds for user-side errors or device incompatibility.
  • Nitro Warranty: 10-minute warranty window. Replacement requires uncut video evidence from purchase to failed activation.

04. Usage Policy & Risk

Usage of third-party tools is at your own risk. Phoenix Services is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or restrictions placed on your accounts by external platforms or game developers.


05. Intellectual Property

Redistribution, unauthorized resale, or reverse-engineering of Phoenix Services products is a direct violation of these guidelines and will lead to a permanent service ban.


06. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to update these guidelines at any time to maintain service integrity. Continued use of our software constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
